Handmade 178mm/7" santoku of AEB-L stainless steel. This blade has been handled in green-dyed Ash burl featuring a bolster and pins of copper. The overall length is 315mm/12.5". 7.2 oz.
Handmade 8" chef's knife of forged AEB-L stainless steel with different grinds for top and bottom of the blade. The blade features a handle of Walnut sourced from Pantops Farm located in Charlottesville, VA. This farm once belonged to the father of Thomas Jefferson, Peter Jefferson. This Walnut came from centuries old trees from this land that remains in the view shed of Monticello, the home of Thomas Jefferson, to this day. The wood has beautiful figuring. The bolster and pins are of brass. Overall length of 13" and weight of 8.4 oz.
Handmade 178mm/ 7" kitchen santoku of AEB-L stainless steel. This knife has been handled in Honduran Rosewood with two spacers of Osage Orange. In addition and to give a better contoured handle, it has olive green liners of G10. The overall length is 330mm/13". Bold 1/4" brass pins. HRC 62.
