Handmade 178mm/ 7" kitchen santoku of AEB-L stainless steel. This knife has been handled in Honduran Rosewood with two spacers of Osage Orange. In addition and to give a better contoured handle, it has olive green liners of G10. The overall length is 330mm/13". Bold 1/4" brass pins. HRC 62.
Handmade 8.5" chef of AEB-L stainless culinary steel. The handle is of highly figured Black Locust root sourced from Zack's farm in Charlottesville, VA. The root is a bright yellow orange color and has excellent swirling grain. The overall length is 13.5". Stainless pins. 7.4 oz. HRC 61.

Handmade 159mm/6.25" santoku of AEB-L stainless steel with forged texturing. The blade is handled with green burlap micarta featuring copper bolster and pins with a spacer of white G10. This is a hefty little santoku with the balance at the bolster. The overall length is 280mm/11". 6.6 oz. 62 HRC.
