The backside of the blade features a urasuki grind creating a smooth surface for easily release food. This knife features an extra large octagon hidden tang handle of highly figured Amboyna burl with a Vegas Forge damascus ferule. The overall length is 406mm/16". 7.4 oz. HRC 61.
