Handmade 4" cheese and charcuterie knife of AEB-L stainless steel. The profile is perfect for soft and hard cheese featuring a double serration for cutting dried meats and a fork tipped spear at the tip. The handle is of stabilized Bubinga with copper pins. The overall length is 8.5". HRC 61.  2.5oz.
