Handmade 255mm /10" single bevel yanagi of AEB-L stainless steel. This yanagi is a single bevel right hand grind with the forge markings left intact. The backside of the blade features a urasuki grind creating a smooth surface for easily release food. This knife features an extra large octagon hidden tang handle of highly figured Amboyna burl with a Vegas Forge damascus ferule. The overall length is 406mm/16". 7.4 oz. HRC 61.
Handmade 178mm / 7" kiritsuke of forged AEB-L stainless steel with forge markings left intact. Split handle of brilliant TOPO green epoxy resin by WKRMN and black/white acrylic featuring black G10 liners. The handle is pinned with stainless. It's faceted edges are extremely comfortable in a contoured shape with a super smooth finish to the handle material. The overall length is 305mm/12". 6.2 oz.
