Handmade 4" paring knife of san mai steel (stainless clad carbon core) with contoured handle of Walnut and natural paper micarta featuring double pins on top of handle. Very comfortable, lightweight blade. Overall length of 8". 2.1 oz. HRC 60.
Handmade kitchen knife set consisting of a 6" cleaver, 8.5" chef's knife, 7.5" santoku, 9" bread knife, 9" slicer and 3.5" paring knife. These blades are made of stainless damascus folded by Damasteel in their Vinland pattern. The contoured handles are of Osage Orange fabled to be a tree planted from seed that was brought back to Charlottesville, VA with the Lewis & Clark Expedition. The pins and bolsters are of nickel silver.
