Handmade 6" petty kitchen knife made by our apprentice, Ryan Evans. This blade is of AEB-L stainless steel and features a contoured handle of Walnut sourced from Zack's farm in Charlottesville, VA. The handle features liners of white G10 and 1/4" pins of brass. The overall length is 10.5". 3.8 oz. HRC 61.
