Handmade knife and fork carving set of AEB-L stainless steel, with forge markings left intact. The carver measures 15.75" overall, with the blade measuring 10.5". It's handle is of figured Maple with two Walnut spacers and liners of brown G10. The pins are stainless. The fork measures 6.5" from handle to tip of tine with an overall measurement of 14". It's faceted handle is of straight grain Maple with Walnut ferule and butt.
Handmade kitchen knife set consisting of a 6" cleaver, 8.5" chef's knife, 7.5" santoku, 9" bread knife, 9" slicer and 3.5" paring knife. These blades are made of stainless damascus folded by Damasteel in their Vinland pattern. The contoured handles are of Osage Orange fabled to be a tree planted from seed that was brought back to Charlottesville, VA with the Lewis & Clark Expedition. The pins and bolsters are of nickel silver.
Handmade knife and fork set of carbon Damascus folded by Monolith of 1095 and 15N20 steels. The fork measures 7" from tine to tang with an overall length of 12.5". The slicing knife measures 9.5" with an overall length of 15". The was handles are of striking spalted maple with ferules of African Wenge. A gorgeous set for the grilling season.
