Our leather sheaths are handmade by our local leather smith Aaron Baker at Trouble and Trace in Charlottesville, VA. Made of top grain saddlery leather from England with stainless or brass rivets.
Perfect for transporting knives, but as with any knife, leather sheathes should not be used for long term storage. Custom sizes available and leathers upon request, pricing may vary.

Handmade 3.5" mini cleavers forged out of AEB-L stainless steel. These cheese and meat cleavers are fantastic for a charcuterie board! Pair with one of our cutting boards here. The handle is of faceted Walnut with brass pins. The overall length is roughly 7.5". HRC 60-61. 4.5 oz.
Handmade 5.5" honesuki of AEB-L stainless culinary steel. The hidden tang is of Mesquite with a ferule of reclaimed Rosewood. This Rosewood is reclaimed from the Martin Guitar Factory. The overall length is 11". HRC 61. 3.7 oz.
Handmade 9.5" double serrated bread knife of AEB-L stainless culinary steel. This bread knife has double serration and sharpened on both sides of the blade giving it superior performance. The faceted handle is of stablized Walnut featuring brass pins. The overall length is 15". 7.5 oz. HRC 61-62.
