Handmade 178mm (7") Santoku of AEB-L stainless steel hardened to 62 HRC. The blade spine measures at 1.6mm. The handle is of Cholla Cactus gathered by Zack in Taos, NM and then set in black resin on the cross cut. The bolster and pins are of copper. Overall length of 305mm (12"). 5.2 oz.

This blade is handled with White Oak featuring contrasting white paper micarta liners (made in our shop) and a ferule of deep brown micarta to create a comfortable contoured handle. The pins of 1/4" brass are complemented by Wenge tubes resulting in a truly unique handle design. Overall length 13.5". HRC 61. 7.7 oz.
