6" cleaver fully forged of carbon 1095 steel recycled from an automobile leaf spring. The forge markings are left intact along the spine for interest. The handle is of coffee burlap bag set in resin. The bolster and pins are of copper. Overall length is 11". This blade comes with a custom leather sheath made by Aaron Baker of Trouble&Trace.

Handmade 7.5" petty slicer in AEB-L stainless steel with forge texturing. This blade has been handled in Sycamore sourced from Albemarle County, Virginia in a faceted handle design. The dovetail bolster and pins are of copper. The overall length is 12.25". 5.7. HRC 61.
Handmade 255mm /10" single bevel yanagi of AEB-L stainless steel. This yanagi is a single bevel right hand grind with the forge markings left intact. The backside of the blade features a urasuki grind creating a smooth surface for easily release food. This knife features an extra large octagon hidden tang handle of highly figured Amboyna burl with a Vegas Forge damascus ferule. The overall length is 406mm/16". 7.4 oz. HRC 61.
Handmade 3.5" cheese cleaver forged from 1095 high carbon steel with signature clipped corner Monolith design. The handles are of Walnut with very different graining patterns. The overall length is 8". One cleaver is pinned with stainless and the other with copper.
