6" cleaver fully forged of carbon 1095 steel recycled from an automobile leaf spring. The forge markings are left intact along the spine for interest. The handle is of coffee burlap bag set in resin. The bolster and pins are of copper. Overall length is 11". This blade comes with a custom leather sheath made by Aaron Baker of Trouble&Trace.

Handmade 3.5" mini cleavers forged out of AEB-L stainless steel. These cheese and meat cleavers are fantastic for a charcuterie board! Pair with one of our cutting boards here. The handle is of faceted Walnut with brass pins. The overall length is roughly 7.5". HRC 60-61. 4.5 oz.
Handmade 4" mini cleaver of forge textured AEB-L stainless steel. This little chopper has been handled in stacked leather featuring liners of micarta and a ferule of white corian. The faceted handle has pins of nickel silver. The overall length is 8.5". HRC 61. 7.0 oz.
