Handmade 6" kitchen utility knife of forged CPM154 stainless steel hardened to 61-62 HRC with the forge markings left intact. This great blade has been handled in coconut husk scales with white G10 liners and a spacer. It features of bolster of green resin and brass pins with one center mosaic pin. The overall length is 11".

Handmade 3" paring knife of our own carbon damascus folded with 1084 and 15N20 carbon steels. The handle is of reclaimed Teak featuring a black linen micarta ferule and spacer of white G10. The overall length of this knife is 7.25". It is light as a feather weighing in at 1.6 oz. HRC 60-61.
