Handmade 7.25" chef's knife of fully forged AEB-L stainless steel with forge markings left intact. This blade is handled in black resinwood with white liners and spacers of G10. It has nickel silver bolster and pins. It measures 12" overall. Spine is 0.2mm at bolster and 0.04 at the tip. 7.4 oz. HRC 62. Sheath can be added for $45.
Handmade 140mm/5.5" honesuki of san mai steel (52100 carbon edge wrapped in stainless steel). This lightweight knife has a large hand handle of reclaimed Teak with a ferule of olive green micarta and a spacer of white G10. The overall length is 293mm/11.5". HRC 60-62. 3.5 oz.
Handmade 8.5" chef of AEB-L stainless culinary steel. The handle is of highly figured Black Locust root sourced from Zack's farm in Charlottesville, VA. The root is a bright yellow orange color and has excellent swirling grain. The overall length is 13.5". Stainless pins. 7.4 oz. HRC 61.
