Handmade 7" fully forged chef's knife of AEB-L stainless steel. This blade is handled in figured Walnut that was sourced from the farm once belonging to Thomas Jefferson's father, Peter Jefferson, in Albemarle County, VA. The bolster and pins are of nickel silver. The overall length is 11.75". 5.7 oz.

Handmade 5" kitchen petty knife of forged AEB-L stainless steel. This kitchen utility knife is handled in Walnut with a ferule of Ash burl. It is pinned with brass. The overall length is 9.5". HRC 60.
Handmade 3.5" paring knife of AEB-L stainless steel. The forge markings are left intact. The handle is of kelly green micarta and hand penned with domed copper pins. The overall length is 7.75". 2.3 oz.
