This tanto style blade is handled in Buckeye burl with a ferule of Rosewood salvaged from the Martin Guitar factory featuring a spacer of nickle silver. This blade can be used as a traditional sushi knife or any kind of slicer. The oveerall length is 432mm/17". 7.3 oz. HRC 60.
