Handmade 8.5" western chef's knife of stainless damascus folded by Mike Norris of Kentucky. It's high contrast etch is gorgeous! It is handled in historic figured Walnut sourced from Pantops Farm in Charlottesville, VA. This farm once belonged to Peter Jefferson, the father of Thomas Jefferson. These hundred+ year old trees are no longer there, but the wood has been preserved in these knives. The handle features a brass bolster and 1/4" pins. Overall length is 13". 8.8 oz.

This light and efficient kitchen utility blade is a go to in the kitchen for a whole multitude of tasks. The spalted Walnut handle was sourced from Charlottesville, VA. Nickel silver pins. Handmade 3.25" paring knife of stainless damascus folded by Damasteel in the Sparse Twist pattern featuring a dark etch. The faceted handle is of blue-dyed Mango with custom spacers of Corian and a ferule of white G10. The overall length is 7.25". 2.3 oz.
