Our shucker features stainless steel blades made from high quality, highly figured Damasteel. The blades are securely fit into a turned handle made of stabilized wood. The ferule functions as a secure hold on the blade under shucking pressure as well as a nice aesthetic. The shape of our shucking blade has been narrowed for efficient access to the oyster shell and then has been given a slight edge for cutting the muscle. Our handle is designed to fit in your hand comfortably through hundreds of oysters.

Handmade bowie sporting knife with 4" blade of AEB-L stainless steel. The handle is made of woods coming from Charlottesville, VA. The walnut was sourced from Pantops Farm, estate once belonging to Peter Jefferson and later given to his son, Thomas Jefferson, a Founding Father and the third president of the United States. The handle features a spacer of Maple sourced from the basketball court at the infamous UHall that served as a concert and sporting venue in Charlottesville, VA from 1965 until its demolition in 2019. The blue and orange G10 spacers represent the colors of UVA. The liners are of white G10 The overall length is 8.5". 5.0 oz.
Handmade 7.5" chef blade of stainless damascus folded by Mike Norris of Kentucky in random pattern. This knife is handled in Rosewood with white G10 liners featuring brass bolster and pins. The overall length is 12.5". 7.4 oz.
