Handmade 8.5" Carbon chef of 1095 steel reclaimed from a 1967 Mustang leaf spring. HRC 59. This knife is handled in a black dyed maple burl with bronze bolster and copper pins. This blade features a distal taper, tapered tang and mustard forced patina.

Handmade 178mm/7" k-tip chef's knife of forged AEB-L stainless steel. This blade has an asymmetric octagon handle of reclaimed Teak featuring a ferule of green-dyed Koa and a spacer of white Corian. The overall length is 333mm/13". 4.4 oz.
Handmade 5.5" stainless damascus kitchen petty knife. This damascus was folded by Damasteel of Sweden in their Vinland pattern. The handle is faceted of Spalted Maple sourced in Charlottesville, VA featuring nickel silver bolster and pins. The overall length of the knife is 10". HRC 62. 4.3 oz.

This light and efficient kitchen utility blade is a go to in the kitchen for a whole multitude of tasks. The spalted Walnut handle was sourced from Charlottesville, VA. Nickel silver pins. Overall length of 255mm/10". 3.9 oz.
