7.5" handmade chef blade of hand forged AEB-L stainless steel with acid etched finish that will patina over time. Hardness of 59. Forge markings left intact. The chef blade is handled with stabilized green dyed Maple burl and pinned with brass. Overall length measures just over 12". The knife weighs 7.3 ounces.
