Handmade 215mm (8") hybrid gyuto blade of AEB-L stainless steel. Forge markings left intact along spine. Handled in cross cuts of dried Cholla Cactus branches collected from Taos, NM and floated in black resin. The handle features a liner of white G10 and copper bolster and pins. Hardness of 60. 330mm (12.5") overall. Weighs 7.2 oz.

This blade is handled with White Oak featuring contrasting white paper micarta liners (made in our shop) and a ferule of deep brown micarta to create a comfortable contoured handle. The pins of 1/4" brass are complemented by Wenge tubes resulting in a truly unique handle design. Overall length 13.5". HRC 61. 7.7 oz.
