Handmade 178mm/7" gyuto of stainless damascus folded by Damasteel of Sweden. This gyuto is in the Odin Heim pattern and features an S-grind on the blade. The wa handle is of deep burgundy micarta featuring a yellow spacer of G10. The overall length is 318mm/12.5".
