Handmade 240mm/9.5" stainless damascus gyuto folded by Damasteel in the Vinland pattern. This blade features a Damasteel concentric layer ferule and a wa handle of Desert Ironwood. The handmade saya is of Birdseye Maple with a stainless pin. The overall length is 394mm/15.5". HRC 62. 10 oz.
