Handmade 8.5" chef's knife of forged AEB-L stainless steel with forge texturing along the spine. The handle is crafted from American buckeye burl in a comfort shape featuring bolster and pins of nickel silver hardware and a spacer of micarta. The overall length is 13.25". HRC 60-61. 7.9 oz.
