Handmade 4" paring of carbon damascus folded by Monolith of 1095 and 15N20 steels. The faceted wa handle is of stabilized Walnut (sourced from Albemarle County, VA) featuring a spacer of richlite paper micarta and green G10. The overall length is 8". 2.0 oz.
Handmade 3" paring knife of our own carbon damascus folded with 1084 and 15N20 carbon steels. The handle is of reclaimed Teak featuring a black linen micarta ferule and spacer of white G10. The overall length of this knife is 7.25". It is light as a feather weighing in at 1.6 oz. HRC 60-61.
Handmade 4" paring knife of damascus made of 1084 and 15N20 carbon steels. This knife has a dark etch and a random pattern. The wa handle is of Locust with a Wenge ferule. Overall length of 9". 2.6 oz. HRC 60.
Handmade 5.5" stainless damascus kitchen petty knife. This damascus was folded by Damasteel of Sweden in their Vinland pattern. The handle is faceted of Spalted Maple sourced in Charlottesville, VA featuring nickel silver bolster and pins. The overall length of the knife is 10". HRC 62. 4.3 oz.
