The design of this knife was created in response to the devastating aftermath of Hurricane Dorian in the fall of 2019. The blade is laser etched with the Monolith Knives logo, the World Central Kitchen logo and the signature of Chef Andres. The opposite side of the blade has been laser etched with The Bahamas moto "Forward Upward Onward Together" wrapping around the image of a Blue Marlin fish.
The knife is housed in a custom fit wooden saya of Mahogany from Central America held in place with custom milled pin of nickel silver.
