Handmade 4.5" charcuterie knife of stainless AEB-L.  It features a beautiful handle of black and white Ebony with nickel silver bolster and pins. This knife is great with one of our cutting boards, which make an excellent set for entertaining or just to keep handy for meats and cheeses. The overall length is 9.5". HRC 59-60. 3.2oz
