Charcuterie Knife & Board Set - Stainless Damascus and Chery Burl 4.5"

Handmade 4.5" charcuterie knife of stainless Damascus from Damasteel of Sweden.  It features a beautiful laminated handle made of local Cherry burl and bolsters made of Nickel Silver. The handle also features a hammered brass ferule which gives it an elegant flair. This knife is great with one of our cutting boards, which make an excellent set for entertaining or just to keep handy for meats and cheeses. The overall length is 9.5". HRC 59-60. 2.5oz

Includes handmade Walnut cutting board with handle. Perfect for serving or ready to keep in the kitchen by the knife block. Lightweight and handle and very durable. They feature a nice variation of deep grain and chocolate color. Brand stamped with our logo and ready for years service.
