Handmade 4.5" charcuterie knife of stainless Damascus.  It features a beautiful handle of local Walnut with brass pins. This knife is great with one of our cutting boards, which make an excellent set for entertaining or just to keep handy for meats and cheeses. The overall length is 9.5". HRC 59-60. 3.2oz

Includes handmade Walnut cutting board with handle. Perfect for serving or ready to keep in the kitchen by the knife block. Lightweight and handle and very durable. They feature a nice variation of deep grain and chocolate color. Brand stamped with our logo and ready for years service.
