This chef's knife features a Stainless damascus steel blade forged by Damasteel is Sweden in their "twist" pattern. The blade is balanced at the front of the bolster and has a distal taper with a subtle convex grind for excellent performance. The handle is crafted from stabilized bog oak with brass bolsters and pins.
