This Gyuto features a stainless Damascus blade forged by Mike Norris using his random pattern. The blade is thin and has a gentle distal taper, it balances approximately half an inch forward of the handle. The handle is crafted from maple burl with a walnut ferrule, stabilized for long-term durability.
