K-tip Gyuto
This gyuto features a San Mai blade forged by Takefu. It consists of Aogami Super carbon steel in the core and clad by stainless steel. The blade has a forged distal taper, it balances a half inch in front of the heel of the blade. The handle is crafted from stabilized sycamore with an ironwood burl ferrule.
