This paring knife is made from carbon damascus steel forged by Mike Norris. The handle is made from mango that has been dyed blue with stainless steel pins.
Care Note
Carbon damascus will naturally develop a patina with use. As with all our knives, hand-wash and dry promptly after each use, and avoid leaving it wet or in contact with acidic foods for long periods. With simple care, the blade will last a lifetime.
