These are perfect for every day cutting boards or as charcuterie serving boards. They are attractive, durable, and add natural character to any kitchen or table setting.
They vary in dimension, as no two are exactly the same, but all are roughly 1.25" thick. Some show deeper figuring due to which part of the tree they were cut from, but they are all hand picked and given great attention. They hold about 6-9% humidity currently. These are wet sanded so they are silky smooth and oiled with 0% VOC block oil. They should never be put in a dishwasher and oiled regularly.
All of these are from trees felled on Zack's farm. His farm once belonged to the Lewis family. The farm is after Fielding Lewis, American signer of the Declaration of Independence and is one of the oldest land plats in Virginia. There is much history here.
