Handmade 7.5" western chef's knife forged of AEB-L stainless steel. The faceted handle of Black Ash and Walnut (spacer) collected from Richlands Farm in Charlottesville, Albemarle County, Virginia. The 1/4" pins are of stainless steel. The overall length is 12.5". The blade has been custom etched to read "1960" on the side opposite the makers mark. 6.9 oz. HRC 61.
Handmade 4" paring knife of damascus made of 1084 and 15N20 carbon steels. This knife has a dark etch and a random pattern. The wa handle is of Locust with a Wenge ferule. Overall length of 9". 2.6 oz. HRC 60.

They are beautifully made, stainless damascus steak knives with Walnut handles featuring brass bolster and pins. The stainless damascus is folded by Vegas Forge with a tight lateral pattern and a deep etch. The set sits snuggly in a handmade Walnut tray.
