Handmade 190mm/7.5" santoku of AEB-L stainless steel. The contoured handle is of dyed Mango with stainless pins. This knife is all about simplicity that delivers consistent performance in one knife. We are often asked which knife profile one should start with and the santoku is often our answer. The overall length is 315mm/12.5". HRC 61. 6.2 oz.
