Handmade 7.5" western chef's knife forged of AEB-L stainless steel. The faceted handle is of Ash collected from Richlands Farm in Charlottesville, Albemarle County, Virginia. The handle features a spacer of Walnut, also collected at Richlands Farm. This wood was dried and stabilized by Monolith. The pins are of stainless steel. The overall length is 13.5".  The blade has been custom etched to read "1960" on the side opposite the makers mark. 6.8 oz. HRC 61.
