Handmade Deba knife with a traditional chisel grind. Deba knives are thick, heavy knives with a single super sharp bevel on one side. This Deba is for the right hand. Debas are traditionally used for slicing fish in Japan, but are are also commonly used for cutting meat here in the U.S.

7.5" stainless damascus in zig zag pattern from Vegas Forge- a unique pattern! While patterned welded steel is traditionally carbon steels, we have seen a rise in stainless welded steels that result in a lower maintenance, super sharp blade.
This santoku is handled in green G10 (a fiberglass based, resin product) and black resinwood .G10 is a great handle for those looking to stay away from a wooden handle. This pattern was developed in our shop.
