Handmade 8.5" western chef's knife of Damasteel's RWL34 stainless steel. The handle is comprised of burlap micarta donated by Laid Up Composites crafted in the shape and colors of The Bahamas flag. The bolster and pins are of nickel silver. The overall length is 13.5" with a weight of 7.8 oz.

The design of this knife was created in response to the devastating aftermath of Hurricane Dorian in the fall of 2019. One knife of this design was used as a raffle price that raised over $6000 towards the efforts of Jose' Andres' World Central Kitchen organization that works to feed and support the recovery efforts in areas where natural disasters have occurred. The blade is laser etched with the Monolith Knives logo, the World Central Kitchen logo and the signature of Chef Andres. The opposite side of the blade has been laser etched with The Bahamas moto "Forward Upward Onward Together" wrapping around the image of a Blue Marlin fish.

The knife is housed in a custom fit wooden saya of Mahogany from Central America held in place with custom milled pin of nickel silver.
