Handmade 7.5" western chef's knife forged of AEB-L stainless steel. The faceted handle of Black Ash and Walnut (spacer) collected from Richlands Farm in Charlottesville, Albemarle County, Virginia. The 1/4" pins are of stainless steel. The overall length is 12.5". The blade has been custom etched to read "1960" on the side opposite the makers mark. 6.9 oz. HRC 61.
