Handmade honesuki of carbon damascus forged by Zack here at Monolith Knives in a random pattern. This lightweight blade is handled in reclaimed Teak wood with a ferule of dyed Maple wood and a spacer of white Corian. The overall length of the knife is 305mm/12". 4.0 oz. 60-61 hrc.

 

Please take extra care of this blade as it will easily rust if left with food on it or left wet with moisture!
